Do electronic cigarettes help in quitting smoking ?

   I think electronic cigarettes will not let’s able to quit cigarettes completely because of the presence of nicotine but it can be controlled by gradually lower the level of nicotine in your cartridges. that is the perfect way to avoid the addiction.

   it will help you to stop smoking if you really want it, but like any thing that you are addicted to it is your mind that need to quit.

   so electronic cigarettes is a good way to stop smoking the bad real thing.
   also, after you already quit with the smoking electronic cigarettes can help you with not geting back to real cigarettes.
   there are a lot of benefits, but you need to use your wish.

   For me, to quit smoking is to totally keep your self away from any form of smoking aid including electronic cigarettes. Although using e-cigarette may help the process of quitting in anyway but I believe it is still the “will” is what’s essential to change one man’s lifestyle for the better.

   yes you can quit smoking with the help of electronic cigarettes in terms of changing habits, to quit we have eliminate addicted at our mind, at least we can quit by change our habits

   Not completely and it’s depends on person.But it’s healthier. E-cigarette

   does not contain tar, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide and other harmful

   substances, which make it much less harmful to smokers. And also it’s

   safer. Electronic cigarettes has no combustion and open flame, thus

   reduced the potential of fire hidden trouble.

This product will replace the function of cigarette and gradually it will be able to decrease or even stop smoking habit.
